Hi Luis!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question - I'm happy to help!
I'm excited to hear you have not only one, but
two magical Walt Disney World Resort visits on the horizon! Your June visit is right around the corner - I'm sure you're counting down the days until you're in The Most Magical Place on Earth.
I completely understand your ticket issue, and wanting to make sure the 1-day ticket gets used first. I recently had a promotional ticket linked to my account that had an expiration date, so it needed to be prioritized for use before another ticket I was using for a family vacation. While Guests are unable to prioritize tickets themselves in their My Disney Experience accounts, a quick visit to Guest Services can get your ticket issues all straightened out.
Cast Members at Guest Relations can easily prioritize the tickets associated with your My Disney Experience account, and ensure that when you scan your
MagicBand or use
Disney MagicMobile to enter one of Walt Disney World's four theme parks, the correct ticket is used first. After I've prioritized my tickets, I always double check once I've entered the park to make sure the right ticket was used. There are usually Cast Members at park entry points holding iPads, and I will ask them to check real quick before I continue into the park. If for some reason the wrong ticket was scanned, it's a quick fix! Make sure to visit
Guest Relations to prioritize your ticket
before entering the theme park with your 1-day ticket in June, and let them know you'll be using the ticket on that day. Guest Relations windows are located right outside the entrances of all four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, as well as Disney Springs.
As for your
Memory Maker, it is not activated at the time of purchase, but will need to be activated by you within your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you have
PhotoPass photos taken, they will appear in the "My Photos" section of your app with a watermark. Simply choose a photo, tap it, and you'll see the option to activate your Memory Maker. Once activated, the watermarks will be removed and you will have access to your photos for 30 days. We love having the PhotoPass photographers capture lots of fun memories for us throughout the day, and the professional photos are easy to download and share.
I hope this helps with your planning, and you have a magical visit to Walt Disney World!
