We will be visiting WDW July 23-27. We will be staying at the Polynesian and have received the package in the mail about the resort with all the vouchers. Will we be getting another package with our park tickets?

Hi Jennifer!

Without knowing specifics about your reservation process, I am not 100% sure I can give you the best answer.

However, based upon experience, if you made your Disney reservations online as a package deal with standard shipping, you should receive your tickets within 14 days.

If you have not received your tickets within this time, you can contact Walt Disney World Ticketing by e-mailing them at ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com, or by calling (407) 566-4985.
