Visiting WDW from July 12-16. We hope to get a great BB offer! We'll be at the Pop Century (our 2nd time @ POP).With the bounceback can you book a room @ any resort? (not just rebook @ the one you are at). Like to check out CS, BR, or WL. Which is better?

    Danielle:

Yes, a Bounce Back offer does not restrict you to booking another vacation at your current resort.  You merely have to place a deposit and choose your dates before you leave the resort to get the deal--sometimes as much as 40% off rack rate.

As for Coronado Springs, Beach Club Resort or Wilderness Lodge, they all have their advantages.

Coronado Springs most obvious leg up is in price. As a moderate resort, you can essentially stay two nights for the price of one at Beach Club.  It's reasonably-priced food court offers the widest variety of quick-service dining choices at any resort, and its fresh selections also bring me back.  It's my choice if you have very young children who are not as tuned into theming or if you're watching your wallet.

Beach Club Resort sports one of the best pools of any resort at Disney, in my opinion.  So if you're visiting in the summer heat of July, you can get your money's worth at the resort. Its hotel rooms sleep 5, unlike the other two, and showcases deluxe accommodations like granite counter tops.  Its location gives it its leg up with a 5-minute walk to the back gate of Epcot or a 15-minute stroll to Disney's Hollywood Studios. It's my choice if you have teenagers who can come and go to the parks or young children who would enjoy playing in its sandy beach in the pool area.

Although I have not stayed at Wilderness Lodge, I have visited often. Its restaurants, especially Artist's Point, offer some of Disney's better dining.  Its theming is the best of the three and its pool is second only to Beach Club. A heavily-wooded location makes it feel ten degrees cooler than the theme parks.  If you have elementary-age children or your family appreciates the outdoors, it won't disappoint.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Whitney, Mississippi

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
