We are visiting WDW in January, and looking at the evening we plan to be at Hollywood studios... Fantasmic is scheduled for 7pm and the Star Wars Galactic Spectacular for 7:45 (January 10th)... is there enough time to see both of these?

    Hi Daniel,

You must be so excited that your Walt Disney World vacation is right around the corner! Fantasmic is a 30-minute musical and fireworks extravaganza. Once it is finished, you should have just enough time to get in place for a 7:45 p.m. viewing of Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular

I'd try to sit near the back of the Fantasmic amphitheater for easy exit to Sunset Boulevard at the end of Fantasmic. Last summer, I left Rock 'n' Roller Coaster just as Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular was beginning and was able to make my way to a prime viewing spot at Sunset Boulevard and Hollywood Boulevard in a few moments.

I wouldn't expect there to be nearly as many guests visiting Hollywood Studios on the night of your visit in January as on mine in late June. So here's hoping you can catch the Fantasmic-Star Wars double bill easily.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let us know if you have any other last-minute questions as you make your final plans. Enjoy!
