Visiting WDW in Jan. Undecided about the DDP. If I book my room and tickets, can I wait and add the DDP when I check into the hotel, or do I have to purchase it when booking hotel? Or maybe even book hotel only and then add tickets and DDP at check in?

    Hi Kris!

You can certainly wait and add the dining plan to your package at a later date. The only thing to keep in mind is that you must add the plan to your vacation package at least two days prior to your arrival. It is not possible to add the dining plan once you have arrived.

In your case, I would probably book the package for your resort and park tickets now and then weigh the pros and cons for the dining plan. After you decide where you'd like to eat and make your ADRs you will probably have a better idea on if the plan will be worthwhile for you and you can call to add it if need be.

I hope this helps! Have fun planning your vacation!
