Hi, we will be visiting WDW over the Halloween period but do not want to do the Not so Scary Event - we had planned to visit Animal Kingdon on 31st Oct - do people visiting the parks normally dress up in Halloween costumes during the day?

    Hi Sue,

Wearing costumes to Animal Kingdom is not common.   I'm sure that there will be children wearing their costumes on Halloween, but it won't be anywhere near the amount of costumes that are going to be seen at Magic Kingdom.   Adults are not permitted to wear costumes into any of the parks unless it's a special event such as Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party at Magic Kingdom.

Have a wonderful trip!  The weather will be beautiful....

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
