We will be visiting WDW the first week of June and will only have time for one of the waterparks. I have 4 boys ages, 4,7,11,and 12. Which waterpark would you recommend we visit? Thank you!

    Hi Gina,

My 12-year old son is a huge fan of the Disney Water Parks and we have spent many days at both Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Disney's Blizzard Beach. To be perfectly honest, you really can't go wrong with a visit to either one of them.

If your boys are adventurous, I would recommend that you opt for Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park. All four of them will have an absolute blast at the Ski Patrol Training Camp and if your older two boys are 48" (122cm) or taller, they can experience Summit Plummet which is not only the most extreme attraction at this Water Park but one of the tallest, fastest, freefall body slides in the world.

If you're looking for a more relaxed day, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park would be the perfect choice. Whilst there are many exciting attractions to experience at this Water Park, it is also possible to take it easy sunbathing on a sandy beach or gliding down the lazy river on a relaxing raft ride. To keep the boys entertained, they could snorkel with fish, stingrays and sharks at Shark Reef or experience the drama of 6 foot waves in the Surf Pool.

I do hope that this information has been of help.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
