Hi, We will be visiting WDW the first week of July. Our daughter will be turning sixteen on July 24th, she chose to go to Disney world instead of having a sweet sixteen party, will she still be able to take advantage of the free birthday gift?

Hi Irene.  What a wonderful trip to celebrate your daughter's 16th!  Although, I am sure she is going to have a fantastic time, unfortunately she will not be able to take advantage of the "What Will You Celebrate" Birthday promotion.  To take advantage of this offer, you actually have to be at one of the parks on your actual birthday.  (Complete rules regarding this promotion can be found of the disney site at  But no matter, I still hope she has a great time celebrating her Sweet 16 at the most magical place on earth.  Thanks for coming to the Mom's Panel.
