    I am visiting WDW the first week of August and I have my own motorized wheelchair. My question is first when I go on rides that do not permit my chair will someone watch it so it is not taken?? And second, do I need one of those permits? Thank you!

    Hello Suzette;

    Enjoy your upcoming trip in August to Walt Disney World.  Its never a comfortable feeling when you leave a valuable alone and as much as we all wish someone could watch our property for us, the reality is no one will be assigned to watch your wheelchair.

    There is a great deal of trust that happens in the happiest place on earth and we all rely on each other to be good to one another and no, you don't need a permit.

    Have a great time!
