Hi. We are visiting WDW for the first time this summer and would like to book a tour. How far in advance can I book a tour?

Hi Angel! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

In my opinion you have chosen to vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort at the perfect time! You will be here to experience Awaken Summer! There are so many new and exciting entertainment opportunities and experiences that you may have a hard time choosing what to experience first! I personally can’t wait to check out all of the nighttime experiences at Disney’s Animal Kingdom including Kilimanjaro Safaris at night. I also hear that the new Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular fireworks display at Disney’s Hollywood Studios will take your breath away!

Generally speaking any available tours such as Disney’s The Magic behind Our Steam Trains Tour can be booked 180 days in advance. Not all tours may be available and booking is subject to availability. Booking has to be done by contacting Disney’s Tour Reservation line. The tours department is generally open from 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Easter time. Tours must be paid in full however they are fully refundable up until two days before the tour.

I hope that you are able to book the tour of your dreams! Have an Unforgettable time!
