    Visiting WDW for the first time, staying at AKL, will the front desk be able to help me with any questions I have, such as how to get somewhere, etc? Also can I get maps of all the parks and WDW from the hotel?

    Hi Lauren,

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is a beautiful resort and an excellent choice for your first visit. 

    You'll find that the Cast Members at all the Disney resorts are super friendly and helpful.  If you need any planning assistance during your stay, you can visit the Concierge Desk in the front lobby.  They will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding anything from directions to dining reservations.

    You can also pick up theme park Guide Maps, Downtown Disney Maps, Water Park Maps and other information including a schedule for the hours of operation for all of the theme parks.  They usually have them at the front desk as well as the Concierge Desk.
