I am visiting WDW for the first time in October. As a guest of Port Orleans Riverside am I allowed to use facilities and make use of the recreations in other Resort Hotels ie movies under the stars and Chip and Dale sing a long at Fort Wilderness

Absolutely, Jane!  Guests of the Walt Disney World Resort are welcome and encouraged to explore all of the recreational opportunities available on property, including the campfire and singalong at Fort Wilderness.  While you're there, you might also want to check out the pony rides.  Our kids did that a few years ago and had a great time!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
