We will be visiting WDW for the first time at the end of March. We have twins that are 3 and the baby is 2. We have 3 full days in the park and 2 half days. Can you recommend an itinerary for us so we don't miss anything?

    Hi Charity!

It is so exciting that you will be enjoying your first magical Walt Disney World adventure so soon.  Your family will love it!  Without a little more information about your family and what pixie-dusted treasures would make your vacation dreams come true, it is hard to recommend a specific itinerary.  I can however, give you a few tips and tell you what my family's must-do experiences are for every trip.

My first suggestion is to not over-plan or feel too rushed.  Slow down and enjoy the moment!  I have been to Walt Disney World many times and I still find new experiences on each return trip.  You won't be able to see or do everything in one visit, so pick your favorites, those that matter most and make sure you leave some time for the unscripted and unexpected, magical moments.

I do suggest spending two full days at Magic Kingdom.  There are so many wonderful experiences you can enjoy as a family.  My little ones love "it's a small world" and Dumbo the Flying Elephant.  My 2-year-old really enjoys Dumbo due to the interactive area where he can run, climb and play, while we are waiting for our turn to ride.  How you spend the rest of your days really depends on your family's preferences. My kids could spend all day at Epcot enjoying The Seas with Nemo and Friends, Turtle Talk with Crush or just watching the aquarium life swim around.  At Hollywood Studios I suggest eating at the Disney Junior Play 'n Dine at the Hollywood & Vine.  For either breakfast or lunch, your little ones can dine with some of their favorite Disney Junior friends.  Disney's Animal Kingdom is also on of our favorites list because of all the great animal encounters and the Kilimanjaro Safaris.

Please stop back by to ask me some more great questions.  I would love the opportunity to continue helping you plan the details for your first magical vacation.

    Take care for now,
    Lauren

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
