Hi So-Ryeung!
I would definitely encourage you to go ahead and purchase the princess dress (and shoes) before you arrive and just bring it in your luggage. You'll generally pay premium prices for the princess dresses at the Parks, plus you're ensured to get the right dress and size you need (you'll find many Cinderella and perhaps Belle dresses at the Parks, but a little less on the others)...
On two occasions we purchased our daughter's dress beforehand and saved anywhere from 30-50% compared to Park prices...
Search online or in your area. Places like Target and JC Penney generally sell tons of Disney licensed apparel at discounted rates.
Hope you and the family have a magical time on your first visit!
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
