Hello, we are visiting WDW for the first time on 11th April 2011. We are staying at the Beach Club and intend to eat breakfast there most days. Do we need to make dining reservations for breakfast or will we be OK? Thank you.

Hi, Andrew! Congratulations on your first trip to Walt Disney World! You're going to have the time of your lives, and The Beach Club is a fantastic resort -- the best pool on the entire property!  The Beach Club and the adjoining Yacht Club have several options for a daily breakfast.  You can grab a quick bite at The Beach Club Marketplace, and there is a Character Buffet Breakfast at Cape May Cafe.  Of course, you don't have to make a reservation for the quick service location, but it is strongly advised (almost necessary) to make reservations at Cape May Cafe.

Breakfast is also served at the Captain's Grille at The Yacht Club.  You probably could get into that restaurant during an early-morning weekday without a reservation.  Yet, you may want to go ahead and make an Advanced Dining Reservation just to be on the safe side.

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.  I hope you have a wonderful day and a magical vacation!
