    We are visiting WDW in Feb and are trying to figure out if the dining plan works for us...can I order an appetizer in place of my entree?

    Hi there Jill,

    I just LOVE the Disney Dining Plan so I am happy to hear that you're considering it for your upcoming vacation!  In most situations, you would be permitted to order an appetizer in place of your entree, but it will be handled on a case by case basis and will be up to the discretion of the particular location.  I have done this on occasion with no issue, so just be sure to let your server know ahead of time!
