Visiting WDW in Feb '19 and I want to make the fireworks night special for my granddaughter (12). Can you recommend a restaurant with great view for dinner to watch display? What's mid Feb weather like? Thank you

    Hello Sheryl,
Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with such a fun question about visiting the magic of Walt Disney World Resort this coming February with your darling granddaughter where the weather should be pleasantly warm with daytime temperature highs of around 73°f and lows of 53°f.
I can just imagine how ridiculously excited both you and your Princess are about your magical February vacation and it's my pleasure to offer some pixie dusted suggestions for restaurants which benefit from great fireworks views.
For an unrivalled vantage view of Happily Ever After from the Magic Kingdom Park there's no better place than the California Grill at Disney's Contemporary Resort where diners can put their meals on hold whilst enjoying an unforgettable performance of this spectacular fireworks show from the restaurants very own outdoor observation deck.
At Epcot you won't want to miss catching IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth which can be viewed from several dining locations around World Showcase Lagoon with my favourite being The Rose & Crown Dining Room and as the current British Mum here on the Panel I can highly recommend trying the wonderfully authentic tasting fish & chips!
    Magical wishes to you both!
