    Hi...we are visiting WDW with our family in 09/11. I made a reservation at Wolfgang Puck Cafe; the details of this restaurant state that it has formal and less formal seating...how do you know where you are going to be seated for your reservation?

    Wolfgang Puck Cafe, located at Downtown Disney West Side (not to be confused with Wolfgang Puck Express in Downtown Disney Marketplace), is divided into two separate spaces, Craig.  The lower level is a casual dining location while the more formal upper level is known as "The Dining Room".  If you made your reservations online, you're most likely booked for lunch or dinner in the more casual, lower level restaurant.  You can always double check by calling 407-WDW-DINE and asking the agent which of the two your reservation is booked for.  I hope that helps!
