We will be visiting WDW the end of December. This will be our third time there, but first time during the holiday season. What theme park would be better to visit for New Years Eve festivities and fireworks, and any suggestions on things to do?

    Hi Mindy!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms PAnel.

New Year's Eve is one of the most crowded times at Walt Disney World.  There is a very good chance one or more parks will close due to reaching capacity.  Thus I really suggest you plan on getting to your park of choice first thing in the morning and planning on spending the entire day there.  If you leave, there is a chance you won't be able to return; that's especially true for the Magic Kingdom as it is one of the first parks to close historically.

Because it is a crowded time at Walt Disney World, Disney usually offers special activities and live entertainment throughout the parks.  I recommend hitting your favorite attractions early in the morning and then enjoying the live entertainment in the afternoon and evening!

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
