I will be visiting WDW during the week of the 4th of July for a good relaxing time after a long deployment overseas. Looking for a good romantic restaurant to have a private dinner with no Kids while they stay behind in the room.

Hey Thomas and how awesome of you to plan an evening without the kids.  There are so many fantastic choices, but let me give you a few of my favorites.  I think a truly romantic dinner could be had at any of the following.  My first suggestion would be Bistro de Paris, located in the World Showcase at Epcot.  The food is incredible and the atmosphere is very romantic as well.  Two other favorites would be California Grill at the Contemporary or Jiko at Animal Kingdom Lodge.  I have personally eaten at all three of these restaurants and just don't think you can go wrong with any of them.  I would check out the menus for each of these restaurants and whichever one sounds most appealing to you,  I would make an ADR.  I really believe you will be happy with any of the three.
Thanks again for the great question and I hope you have a great 4th!
