Visiting WDW on 10/10/11 and 10/11/11. 10/10 is Columbus day, so which will be more crowded, MK or AK? Based on last year's schedule, MK has MNSSHP that night, and AK has a.m. EMH. I need to decide so that we can schedule lunch at CRT. Any advice?

    Hello Alyssa!

Historically, Magic Kingdom is the busiest park between the two and since it's a federal holiday, most of the time you will see the Magic Kingdom reach a higher capacity on those days. I wouldn't necessarily go by last year's schedule for the Not So Scary Halloween Party since they do not always use the same dates year after year. Keep a look out on the Disney Blog for the MNSSHP date announcement coming soon.

Disney allows their Guests to make Dining reservations 180 days prior to your arrival at Walt Disney World so I believe that would be April 10, 2011. The Schedule for October should be available at the beginning of April so make sure to check the Disney Online Calendar prior to making the reservation. I hope this helps with your planning. Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel and if you have any more questions, we are always here to help! Have a great time at the Walt Disney World Resort!!
