We are visiting WDW at the beginning of February. My 2 yo dd LOVES animals so I'm excited to take her to Animal Kingdom. What is the Kilmanjaro Sarari like? Do you think she'd enjoy it? What are some other must sees at AK? Thanks!

    Hi Yvette!

I answered a very similar question about the Kilimanjaro Safari. Please click HERE  to see that response, I hope you find it helpful. :)

I think your daughter will love the Safari, it is a top-rated ride for our family.

Other ideas for your little girl, would be the Maharajah Jungle Trek and Pangani Forest Exploration Trail. Both of these are wonderful walking tours. You can wander the trails at your own pace, and really take the time to enjoy the various animals. I think she'd really like these.

The Oasis Exhibits as soon as you enter the Park are beautiful. She can see many beautiful birds and more.

Be sure to visit Rafiki's Planet Watch where you can pet some animals at the "Affection Section" (See HERE ) as well as visit the Habitat Habit trail (See HERE ).

I recommend you stop by Camp Minnie & Mickey Greeting Trails where she can meet Minnie, Mickey and some of their pals.

DinoLand USA has The Boneyard which is a big play maze area that your daughter can run around and play in. It also has an area to dig up fossils See HERE

For shows, I would recommend both Finding Nemo-The Musical and the Festival of the Lion King.

Hope this gives you some ideas.

Animal Kingdom Park is one of my family's favorite places. Hope you and your daughter enjoy it as much as we do!
