We will be visiting WDW April 5-12, but we're worried about the large crowds. Any advice for surviving during this busy time? Will it really be that crowded?

Hi, Tracy!  It's going to be busy, but to borrow a phrase from some of my favorite Adam Sandler movies - You Can Do It!

My best advice is use the Fast Pass system!  This can literally save you hours of time waiting in lines!  Once you have a Fast Pass in hand, you are free to go and do another attraction or rides while you wait for your window to open up.  As soon as you are allowed, go get a Fast Pass for another attraction before you go ride the one you already have a Fast Pass for.

Eat during off peak hours - early lunches and late dinners tend to be less crowded, even at counter service locations.  If you can skip the parade, that's also a good time to find lighter lines at some of the popular attractions.

I like to get to the theme park as early in the morning as I can, because it seems you can get more done early in the day, when other guests might be having breakfast and arriving later.  I prefer the morning extra magic hours to the night time ones.

    Enjoy your vacation!
