Hi We are visiting WDW in April (14th-21st) and are staying at the Floridian, will we be to upgrade to club level on arrival? We are travelling with B.A from the UK, and they do not offer club level with their package.

    Hello Marina,
You must be getting ever so excited about your upcoming April holiday to Walt Disney World Resort?!  I love it when my countdown to Disney finally gets into the lower digits.
I've enjoyed stays at the delightful Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, it's elegant style and beauty is really quite captivating and I'm sure you're going to love it too.
It's impossible for me to predict room availability at any given time, at any Disney Resort so I'd like to suggest perhaps speaking directly with a knowledgable Cast Member who can offer advice about upgrading to Club Level during your stay; please dial the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations telephone number found in this Walt Disney World Phone Directory
Or, you could just take a chance and leave requesting a room upgrade until arrival and check-in at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
If I can help sprinkle any extra pixie dust onto your April 2015 Walt Disney World Resort holiday plans please pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
