Hi! I will be visiting WDW in April and staying at AOA! We booked a breakfast reservation (7:45 am) at Ohana to meet my son's favorite characters. What is the best way to get to Ohana? And will transportation be running that early? Thank you

    Hi Rhonda!

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Before long you'll be doing the single-digit countdown dance. Hooray!

Resort buses begin around 6:30 AM, helping Guests arrive to their magical destinations. Depending on the Park Hours for Magic Kingdom on the day of your reservation, you should be able to take a bus to the Magic Kingdom and from there take the resort monorail or water transportation to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort for your early morning 'Ohana reservation. With Guests now being allowed into Magic Kingdom Park earlier under the new opening procedure, this method should work well, but make sure you allow plenty of time for transportation.

If you're family is like mine and tend to be quite hard to get up and going in the morning, you may want to consider Uber or a taxi. While the ride will cost you a little, for us, the extra sleep is worth every penny! Bell services or the Front Desk Staff at Disney's Art of Animation Resort can assist you with this option should you so desire. I believe the last taxi we took from one resort to another was around $15 and Uber should be even less. I find the direct route not only allows us to sleep a little later, but can be less stressful and get me to my coffee sooner!

Have a wonderful vacation, Rhonda, and please let us know if there is anything else we are able to assist you with prior to your magical vacation.
