    Hi, visiting wdw in april with 9yo on DDP. She doesn't like the foods on the kids menus can she order from the adult menu? Half portions would be fine she just preceded more adult food ☺

    Hi, Sara!

    Kids on the Disney Dining Plan are welcome to order from the Adult Menu at any Quick Service location, so no worries for you there. However, when dining at a Table Service location, kids ages 3-9 must order from the Kids Menu when available. If you are having trouble finding a suitable meal, speak to your server to see what other options are available. They will do their best to accommodate you, but I would not plan on being able to get small portions of adult entrees.

    My best suggestion is to hop over to AllEars.net and check out the menus, and select restaurants that you know will have menu options that your daughter will like.

    You may also want to stick to buffets and locations that serve "family style" so you do not have to worry about the menu choices. Some suggestions:

    -Teppan Edo (Japan-Epcot) offers the same food for kids as the adults, just smaller portions
    -Chef Mickey's (Contemporary), Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom), and Hollywood and Vine (Hollywood Studios) are all super fun character buffets where she could enjoy all the offerings.  Each location is only one Table Service credit.
    -Whispering Canyon Café (Wilderness Lodge) or the Garden Grill (Epcot) have wonderful meals served Family Style so she can enjoy all the same food as the adults. Each location is one Table Service credit.
