Welcome to planDisney! I hope you are looking forward to your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. The Walt Disney Company is celebrating 100 Years, and it is such a fantastic time to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth.

Aren't Cast Members just incredible? I am always in awe of how helpful they are and how much they do to ensure we all have the most magical visits possible. I'm glad your chat was so great! It sounds like you and your magical friend may have been talking about Scooterbug. Scooterbug is a Disney Featured Provider who rents Electric Conveyance Vehicles (ECV), strollers, and wheelchair rentals for length-of-stay Guests of a Walt Disney World Resort Collection Hotel. Visit them at their website to reserve your ECV for your trip and set up to have yours delivered to you at your resort hotel!

I hope this was helpful, Donna. Before I let you, I know you mentioned how lovely your chat was with a Cast Member earlier. If you happen to remember the first name of the Cast Member you spoke to, you can recognize them using the Cast Member Compliments feature of your My Disney Experience mobile app! To do so, open your mobile app and click the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your screen. On the next page, scroll down until you see "Cast Compliment." Click it, and you can add in the reason for sending a compliment, their location (scroll until you see "Other" since it was over the phone), and then input their name, hometown if they mentioned it, and the date of your interaction. This will allow Disney to locate this individual and recognize them for being so helpful.
