We will be visiting the waterparks while in Disney this June. My boys are very excited and want to spend the entire day there. I am recovering from cancer and would prefer to be in the shade. Will the staff be willing to help us find a shady spot?

    Todd:

The one thing you'll find at the water parks is plenty of shady respites. This is true for both Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. And while, yes, the Cast Members will be happy to find you a shady spot if you need their help, my guess is that these spots will be so plentiful that you shouldn't have to ask for special assistance.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
