Visiting from Washington for spring break to get some sunshine with my family. We bought 8 5-day park hoppers to maximize our fun. How can we add Magic Morning early arrival to our reservations? Is there a dining package for fireworks viewing?

    Hi there, Andrew!

I like this. It’s great to think ahead about the different types of experiences to enjoy during your visit to the Disneyland Resort. Though there are still some things that have not yet returned during the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, there is still plenty of magic to be found.

At this time, Magic Morning and Extra Magic Hour early admission options have not yet resumed at the Disneyland Resort. I recommend keeping an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and the Disneyland Resort website for updates as the theme parks continue to reopen.

Starting later this month, beloved nighttime spectaculars are returning to the Disneyland Resort. Though their return may be happening after your current spring break, there will still be nighttime magic to enjoy. That includes the high-energy Mickey's Mix Magic. Though there aren’t any dining packages being offered at this time, there are still many special events and activities to enjoy. Currently, the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is one that I would highly recommend. The yummy flavors, terrific entertainment, and limited-time return of Soarin' Over California are not to be missed!

Tony’s Tip: Mickey’s Mix Magic is one of my favorite nighttime spectaculars. It’s so fun to dance and sing along. Of course, you can enjoy it in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle and even in front of “it’s a small world.” But my favorite location to get my ears on and dance to the beats put out by DJ Mickey Mouse is on Main Street, U.S.A. Specifically, I like being in front of the Penny Arcade, home of the Candy Palace and Candy Kitchen. I love how the projections on the buildings around us give a 360-degree, immersive experience. “It’s a good, good, good, good time!”

I hope you have a good, good, good, good time at the Disneyland Resort, Andrew! See ya real soon!
