Hi there, Claire! Thanks so much for visiting planDisney - it's always fun to chat with our pals from across the pond. I'm delighted to hear that you have a Walt Disney World Resort vacation planned for this summer, and I'm here to share some tips and tricks for using the Lightning Lane system during your trip. Let's get to it!Although I'm quite experienced with using Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass, I hadn't tried out the Premier Pass until this past summer. We added it for one day of our family vacation, and it truly was a game-changer! Each Guest that has Premier Pass is entitled to one entry for every attraction that uses Lightning Lane on that day (access is purchased per Guest, per day). You don't have to book a return time, which makes for a relaxed day as you can visit attractions when it works best for your schedule. I understand that some of your crew may not be interested in thrill rides, so I recommend taking a look at the list of attractions that are classed that way so you know what you might want to avoid. Claire, while there isn't any way to customize Premier Pass, I have some suggestions on how to use the different types of Lightning Lanes to maximize your fun and hopefully minimize some wait times! Premier Pass was most useful for us at Magic Kingdom Park, where there are lots of different attractions and experiences that you can access. Even if some folks wish to skip the big thrill rides like TRON Lightcycle / Run, there is plenty to do while those who want to enter the grid head in that direction.Lightning Lane Multi Pass is perhaps a better strategy in the other parks - you can still enjoy shorter wait times for your must-do attractions, but this will allow you to select the specific experiences that everyone wants to do without the expense of the Premier Pass. You can also add Lightning Lane Single Pass for individual Guests, which will allow just the people who want to experience a thrill ride to do so! For instance, in EPCOT, Multi Pass will unlock three attractions for your group. Then, the daredevils who want to ride Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind can book Single Pass to save the universe! If you are staying on-property at a Disney Resort Hotel, you will be able to book your Lightning Lanes 7 days before your check-in date. Otherwise, you can purchase them 3 days prior to arrival. Claire, I hope this information is helpful as you plan your park strategy for this summer's magical adventure. Please come back and see us again at planDisney if we can help with other tips and tricks to make your vacation a practically perfect one. See Ya Real Soon!Susan
