Hi, I am visiting Walt Disney World in June. We're staying at the All Star Sports resort and I read somewhere that you can request no cleaning in the room and receive a $10 disney gift card - except for check in/out days. Is that true?

    Hi Denisha,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

I’m happy to say that one of the ways in which even more flexibility has been added to a stay in a Value or Moderate Walt Disney World Resort hotel is with the “Service Your Way” program.  This program allows you to decline daily housekeeping services in exchange for a Disney Gift Card for an amount of $10 per night of your stay, except for your last night. I used this program during one of my last stays at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort and I really loved getting that gift card for more fun during our vacation.

I hope my answer helps you plan your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
