Visiting Walt Disney World first week in November my ? is whether or not a photo pass photographer will take pictures with my own personal camera debating between getting photo pass+ or just doing my own seeing as I have a good camera wanting to save $

    Hi Angela!

I am a big fan of Disney's PhotoPass. The PhotoPass Photographers get some amazing shots.

I completely understand trying to keep expenses at a minimum.  The PhotoPass Photographers usually have an assistant with them that will take pictures with your camera.  If not, they will be more than happy to take pictures for you with your camera.  You'll also find that other Cast Members and Guests are pretty awesome at lending a helping hand too so don't be bashful about asking.

I don't always pre-order Disney's PhotoPass+ but I always grab a Disney PhotoPass Card from a Disney PhotoPass Photographer on our trips and I'd recommend that you do the same.  There is no cost involved to get a PhotoPass Card and you're not committed to purchasing any of the pictures taken.  I always have the PhotoPass Photographers take pictures with their camera and my camera even if I've pre-ordered the PhotoPass CD.  When we get back from our trip, we always enjoy going online to www.disneyphotopass.com to see our pictures and play around with the special features even if we don't buy any of them.

Please keep the questions coming.  We're hEAR to help!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
