We 4 are visiting using quick service dining plan. It is difficult to plan where we'll eat because these restaurants offer no menus online. What are good choices for kids who love pizza, chicken strips, and a husband w/ an appetite? How are portions @ QS?

    Hi Robin!

My family has a "good" appetite, and we have a few favorite places that serve some of your kids favorite food selections.

In Magic Kingdom, we like Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe in Tomorrowland. Meal sizes are generous here. You'll find hot dogs, burgers, french fries, chicken nuggets, and even half rotisserie chicken. For pizza, head over to Pinocchio Village Haus in Fantasyland.

Animal Kingdom has Flame Tree Barbecue in Discovery Island has delicious ribs, chicken, turkey sandwiches, and pork sandwiches. These are a hit with my family, and might be for your chicken nugget lovers, while providing a slight variation. The pizza place to check out here would be Pizzafari also in Discovery Island.

Epcot has many great places in World Showcase which I highly recommend for exploring foods other than the typical fare, but you can still find your favorites, too. At the Liberty Inn, you'll find chicken nuggets, burgers, and hot dogs. In Future World of Epcot, you can find similar foods at the Electric Umbrella. We really like Sunshine Seasons in Future World. While you may find less chicken nuggets-type selection here, it's a great place to find some Asian food, among other selections, that even my two year old enjoys. If you are by the attraction Soarin', be sure to head over to browse the selections since you might find your family likes the food here, too!

Hollywood Studios has the most dining locations that offer chicken and pizza-type fare, so you might not need any guidance here! I'll share two that my family enjoys and offer indoor seating. Backlot Express, between the Indiana Jones attraction and Star Tours, offers burgers, chicken nuggets, and hot dogs. Pizza Planet Arcade in the Streets of America is our stop for pizza and it's themed after the pizza place in Toy Story.

Hope this helps and that your family enjoys playing and dining on your magical vacation!
