We are visiting and using Disney Dining for the first time. We have the plan that includes one quick service and one table service meal. Can we use the table service for character dining?

    Hi Joni,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I am actually delighted that you purchased the Disney Dining Plan. My family has used the Disney Dining Plan and we always find it to be a great value.

Yes, you can certainly use a Table-Service credit for Character Dining. Some of my family's favorites are Chef Mickey's, 1900 Park Fare, Crystal Palace, Hollywood & Vine, and Cinderella's Royal Table. Of those, Cinderella's Royal Table requires two Table-Service credits per guest age 3-years old and over on the dining plan. To double-check the number of meal credits required at each venue, go to the Dining List and select a restaurant. If the restaurant accepts dining plans, you should see a link that says "Some Dining Plans Accepted." If you click on that link, a chart will appear that indicates how many meal credits are required.

Remember to make advanced dining reservations. Reservations can be made 180 days in advance and restaurants do fill quickly, especially for character meals!

    Have a magical time planning!
