    I am visiting from the UK and have a $200 gift card as part of my package. Where do I need to go to collect the gift card?

    Hi Catherine,

    If you have received a Disney Gift Card as part of a Free Dine promotion here in the UK, you can collect this by visiting the World of Disney store located in Disney Springs during regular store hours (9:30 a.m. to approximately 10:30 p.m.) 7 days a week.

    You simply need to show your voucher (received with your travel documents) along with a valid Photo ID at the Information Desk within the World of Disney store at Disney Springs and your Disney Gift Card will be issued to you.

    Although the exact location may have changed, I can tell you that when I collected my last free Disney Gift Card, there was a little desk to the left hand side of the Pandora counter in the jewellery section of the World of Disney store where the exchange was carried out.
