We're visiting for two weeks in August!!! When I'm booking dining how do I deal with the +10 days? Let's say I can book my first 10 days on 2/12, can I book day 11 on the 2/13 or do I have to wait until 180 days from day 11? Thanks!

    Hi Alyssa,

Let's hear it for the two week vacation!  Woo Hoo!  Can I come too?

I bet you are super excited to begin making your Advanced Dining Reservations soon.  Currently Guests staying in a Disney Resort hotel may make their Advanced Dining Reservations for up to 10 days when they are 180 days away from their Resort check in.  For any additional dining reservations beyond that you will need to call separately when you are 180 days away from those additional days.  Therefore you may make the first 10 days worth of Advanced Dining Reservations first and then call back separately when you are 180 days away from your last 4 days to make those Advanced Dining Reservations. Some advice for you is to book the most popular restaurants or dining experiences during the first 10 days of your vacation since you will most likely have more availability then.  Save your repeat restaurants or less popular restaurants for the last 4 days.

Thank you for bringing your vacation planning question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Please let us know if you have any further questions, or even if you need another friend to accompany you on your two week adventure!

    Blessings,
