Hi Joanne! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! We really enjoy helping guests like you plan their upcoming vacations! It makes us so happy to see guests coming back again and again with questions! We really love what we do!

A visit to the Walt Disney World Resort for your twin boys second birthday sounds like so much fun! I think that is the perfect way to celebrate a birthday! I couldn’t imagine any other place to celebrate. Flying on Dumbo the Flying Elephant, splashing in the Casey Jr. Splash ‘N’ Soak Station, and snacking on a Mickey ice cream bar sounds like the perfect day.

Children under three years of age are able to dine off of their parent’s plate at no additional charge to the parents. This even holds true when dining at a buffet style or family style restaurant. This is one of the many reasons that I love Disney! They get that kids at this age don’t usually each a whole bunch and I love that I don’t have to pay for extra food that I am sure will get wasted!

I hope that you and your family have the most magical celebration!
