We are visiting from Tokyo Japan and bought tickets for July 12th.I realized I accidentally bought 2 parking tickets. We only need just one. Is it refundable?

Hi there, Aki! We are so happy you stopped by planDisney with your question. With just over a week until your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, you must be getting so excited! Prepare for a day filled with wonder, excitement, thrills, and ... of course ... magic!

I'm so glad to hear you already have your parking pass ready to go and loaded into your Disneyland Mobile App. This will make things easier and faster when you drive up to the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure or any of the parking lots available at the Disneyland Resort. It will be a quick scan of your pass, and you'll be on the tram heading to the parks before you know it! For me, I'm usually just so excited at that point that I end up fumbling through my bag and wallet trying to pay for parking and wasting those precious Disney minutes! You were smart to get this settled ahead of time!

While the parking pass is not refundable, it is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. Normally I would recommend holding on to it for your next trip, but I appreciate that you are traveling in from Japan, so there may not be another Disneyland trip on your calendar within that window. While there are no guarantees, you can always talk to the Cast Members in Guest Relations about your situation directly. You never know what kind of pixie dust they may have at the ready! There are several locations in both parks. My personal favorite is City Hall at the top of Main Street, U.S.A. just to the left as you pass under the Disneyland Railroad. They will also be able to help with providing times guides for entertainment and shows, guide maps in several different languages, as well as complimentary attraction translation devices. If you're celebrating something like a birthday or even a new job or just being together as a family, be sure to ask for a complimentary "I'm Celebrating" button. You'll be showered all day with well wishes and you never know what magic might follow!

Aki, I know this was likely not the news you were hoping for, but I hope it was helpful! If you have any more questions ahead of your trip, we are always here for you at planDisney

    Keep wishing on those stars,
    Tara
