Visiting for the 3rd time in 8/08 for 8 days. On regular dining plan. Made 3 ADR for characters. 1)Should we make ADR for other 5 days or take chance? 2)Any suggestions for 16YO girl and 11YO boy? 3)Last time we ate about 3pm to avoid heat/rain. Still OK?

I would absolutely recommend that you have a table service meal reserved for each day that you wish to dine at a sit down restaurant. August is a busy time at WDW and with the popularity of the dining plan, it is becoming increasingly important to have Advance Dining Reservations.

    I would suggest:
    San Angel Inn
    Coral Reef
    50s Prime Time
    Brown Derby
    Artist Point
    California Grill
    Boma's

I think your strategy to eat mid-day works well. We found in June that when we ate around 5 p.m. we were almost always indoor during the daily rain storm.

Have a great (or should I say gr-8) vacation!
