    We r visiting thxgiving this yr for 9 nts. We r family of 5. DDs not great eaters. We r still getting ddp since the cost of just our TS meals is only a few hundred less than ddp cost. Can we still use TIW card for apps or beer, is card worth it?

    Hi Michelle! Congratulations on your Thanksgiving Disney vacation. It's such a spectacular and festive time at Walt Disney World Resort and you'll have 9 nights to experience the magic.

    We usually do the Disney Dining Plan and I love the value because my clan are big eaters! If having an appetizer and beer or wine with dinner is something you enjoy, you'll definitely LOVE the Tables in Wonderland card benefits.

    Neither my husband or I are big drinkers, but my friends swear by the Tables in Wonderland card and consider it a great deal because they enjoy wine and cocktails with dinner and love saving 20% off. And YES, you can still use the Tables in Wonderland card with the Disney Dining Plan!

    If you plan to visit Walt Disney World Resort at least 1 more time within a year then you'll benefit from the savings of the Tables in Wonderland card since it's good for a year. Do keep in mind there are
    specific blackout dates when your Tables In Wonderland membershipwill not be valid for use. For 2014, those blackout dates are New Year's Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
