    We are visiting from 11/2-11/27 we are thinking of going to MK on Thanksgiving is there a special Thanksgiving day parade, if so, what time is it? Thank you!!

    Hi Siobhan! It looks like you will be planning a trip of a lifetime being at Walt Disney World for 25 magical days. Your family is a very lucky family!

    There has not been a specific Thanksgiving parade in the Magic Kingdom in the past. It is the regular 3pm daytime parade but of course all Magic Kingdom parades are wonderful and worth a visit. The crowds will generally start becoming heavier on Thanksgiving and increases on Friday and Saturday. Since you are there in early November I suggest you catch some of the more crowded events such as park parades and fireworks before the Thanksgiving week. Since there is nothing different about the parade it makes more sense.

    I also suggest if you have not secured some dining reservations to start doing that immediately. Restaurants also book up quickly during holiday weeks. You can call 407-WDW-DINE or on line. If you need any other assistance with your planning be sure and check back with us.
