    visiting Thanksgiving week. Was able to change res. to arrive on 11/18 instead of 11/20 & now have free dining & have added a day! Saving big $. Switched from WL to AKL. Will have car so proximity not an issue. will we be disappointed with resort c

    Wow!  It sounds like you are off to an amazing vacation!  There's nothing like making changes and saving bucks (and boy, will you)!  It's wonderful that you'll have your car too...Disney transportation, while efficient, is still very time consuming.  I've stayed at Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom Lodge and love them both.  I will guarantee you that you will not be disappointed staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge.  It is GORGEOUS!!!!  Wait until you see the animals roaming around outside your window!  It really is amazing....

    You're going to LOVE the resort!  Have a magical trip!
