We are visiting over the Thanksgiving Holiday starting with this Saturday to Friday. It is myself, husband, twin boys that are 3 1/2 and both sets of grandparents. What would be some good recommendations for us while we are there? We have a character break.

    Hi, Stacy!

Thanksgiving at Walt Disney World is truly a wonderful time to visit; what a great week you have in store for you!

With a party of your size, I'd be sure to call (407) WDW-DINE to see what Table-Service reservations are available for this very popular week in the parks and resorts. With the popularity of the Dining Plans, many restaurants will simply have no availability for much of the week, especially for a party of 8. If TS Dining is what you had in mind, though, as the Cast Member who is assisting you at Disney Dining for suggestions for restaurants which are a little more off the beaten path. For example, some Resort restaurants, or restaurants in Resort areas, such as those in the BoardWalk Area, may still have availability at this time. Some of these include The Wave at Disney's Contemporary Resort, Kona Cafe at Disney's Polynesian Resort, Wolfgang Puck Cafe at Downtown Disney, House of Blues at Downtown Disney, Kouzinna by Cat Cora, at Disney's BoardWalk Area are all wonderful restaurants which may still have reservations for this popular week.

If you'd like information on Quick-Service Dining or options at your resort, send me another question including where you're staying. I'd love to help you make this week so very magical, including where you dine!
