We will be visiting 7/5-7/12 and we are staying @ the Wilderness Lodge. My Question is will we have access to the activities @ Fort Wilderness such as the campfire at night for the children ( I am not aware of the name of the activity )?

    Hi Amanda!

The Wilderness Lodge is a spectacular resort, reminiscent of America's magnificent National Parks.  There's even a Disney-version of Old Faithful Geyser!  You can absolutely take advantage of the amazing recreational activities at Fort Wilderness Resort.  There is a boat that goes to "the Fort" directly from the pier at the Lodge.

The nightly campfire and sing along with Chip & Dale is a wonderful way to end a perfect Disney day!  Check at the Lodge to confirm the time the festivities begin on the day you are interested in.  In addition to the campfire, the Fort has a ton of fabulous activities, including fishing, horseback riding and horse-drawn carriage rides.  It's also the site of two of Disney's fabulous dinner shows, the Hoop De Doo Review, and my personal favorite, Mickey's Backyard BBQ!

I hope you enjoy your time at both the Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness Campground!
