Hi Cindy!
Welcome to planDisney! While there are so many great attractions and entertainment options available in the theme parks at Walt Disney World Resort, there are also some amazing
Enchanting Extras available at the resorts. When you pair these activities with some pool time or a great dining option, it can make for a really relaxing and fun day beyond the theme parks!
Cindy, the
Spanish Mosaic Art class offered at
Disney's Coronado Springs Resort is definitely on my bucket list. While dates and times for experiences are always subject to change, currently this class is offered on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays at 1:00 PM. Reservations are recommended and should be available 60 days before your arrival.
When planning for your class, you'll want to note that the class is scheduled to last approximately two hours. If you're not staying at Coronado Springs, you'll also need to leave ample time for travel as direct resort-to-resort is not available with Disney's
complimentary transportation. You can catch a bus from any of the four theme parks or Disney Springs to Coronado Springs Resort.
Minnie Vans are also available through the Lyft app as a paid alternative to the complimentary transportation around Walt Disney World Resort if you’d prefer a more direct route from your hotel.
If time allows, I recommend making a dinner reservation at
Toledo - Tapas, Steak, and Seafood. Located in Gran Destino Tower, this rooftop dining location features a Spanish-inspired menu. I love a tapas menu where I can taste a little bit of everything instead of having to make tough choices about what delicious food to try!
Cindy, I hope that this helps as you continue planning for your upcoming trip! Please stop by to see us again here at planDisney if you have any other vacation planning questions!
Cheers!
Kristi
