Hi Breanne! Welcome to planDisney!
Can you believe that in just ONE more day you will be arriving for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation? You must be thrilled! It has been so fun watching the Most Magical Place on Earth transform into a winter wonderland as all the
holiday decorations have appeared. You will see it all for yourself VERY soon!
Upgrading to a
Walt Disney World Annual Pass is an exciting event because it means that you are planning on spending more time in the theme parks. What's not to love about that? The only thing better than visiting the Walt Disney World Resort is visiting more often!
Since
dining reservations and
Disability Access Service are connected to your
My Disney Experience account instead of directly linked to theme park tickets, you shouldn't experience any changes with these when you upgrade. I always recommend mentioning these reservations to the Cast Member when you upgrade, though, because it doesn't hurt to be extra cautious when making changes to your ticket type.
Disney Park Pass reservations are linked directly to your theme park tickets, however, so you will definitely want to ask about those when upgrading to an annual pass. You may have to make new Disney Park Pass reservations after you upgrade, but you can ask the Cast Member when you are upgrading your tickets.
I hope you have the BEST vacation, Breanne! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
