Bonjour!
Welcome to planDisney, Rachel! It's always fun to help a fellow UK Guest plan a trip to
Disneyland Paris. I’m so excited to hear you are thinking about becoming a Disneyland Passholder. You will be able to experience a whole year of magic!
Disneyland Passes with the disability discount can only be purchased at Disneyland Paris when Guests hold a Priority Card or a valid document confirming the disability. So, you would not be able to purchase these by phone in advance.
You can request a Priority Card online before your visit. Guests from the UK will need to show proof of one of the accepted documents, which includes:
Disability Living Allowance
Attendance Allowance Award
Personal Independence Payment
Armed Forces Compensation Scheme
Certificate of Vision Impairment
UK Disabled ID
National Disability Card
Access Card
Parking Card for Disabled People
Registration Card BD8
Adult Disability Payment
Disabled Students’ Allowance
Scottish Child Disability Payment
If there is park capacity remaining on the day you make your Disneyland Pass purchase, Cast Members should be able to make a reservation for you so you can enter the Disney Parks that same day. If you are staying at a Disney Hotel, a park reservation will not be required for you to access the Disney Parks during your stay.
My top tip would be to complete the
online Priority Card request before you travel, and make sure to take the original supporting document with you. You can apply for a Priority Card 1 month before you travel.
I hope this helps with your planning, Rachel! I hope you have a brilliant year as a Disneyland Passholder! If you have any other vacation planning questions, please
reach out to me. I’d love to help!
See ya real soon!
Matt
