We will be visiting in September and staying at Port Orleans. I was wondering due to so many restrictions on sizes of bags on flights if there is any services available for us to buy diapers and other baby necessities while we are staying.

Hi Carrie - the first time we traveled as a family to Walt Disney World, I had two in diapers so I definitely understand your concerns.

The gift shops and baby care centers do have diapers and other necessities available for purchase, but to be honest, I wouldn't rely on that.  The selection is limited, and the prices are pretty high.  In my opinion, it's best only as a backup option.

My family actually shipped a package directly to the resort with diapers, wipes, and snacks.  I used UPS so I knew when it would arrive, and I had it arrive the same day we did.  It's likely to be cheaper than paying for an extra bag.

I hope that helps!  Have a great vacation!
