Hi, Patrice!
To get the most out of your time for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party, I would plan to book a dinner as early as possible at the beautiful Be our Guest restaurant. Try to get a reservation for 4:30 or 5:00 p.m. so you can enjoy your dinner then be ready for some trick-or-treat fun as soon as the party gets started.
For Cinderella's Royal Table, I would either plan for lunch or again go with the early dinner of around 5:00 p.m. This is such a special dining experience, I would not want you to have to rush through your dinner so you can watch the parade. Guests begin lining the parade route up to one hour before the parade begins, and you will want to allow at least 1.5 hours for dining. After all, you will be dining with Royalty, you do not want to rush! The park hours and parade times are not yet posted for September, so keep watching the calendar and schedule accordingly.
If you need any other help planning out your meals,
let me know and together we can plan a wonderful Fall celebration for you in Walt Disney World!
