We are will be visiting for the second time in 2015. Regarding EMH. If you are NOT a guest at a Disney Resort and you are in the Park at 6 and the park "closes" at 7 but there are EMHours, do you as a non resort guest have to leave?

    Hi Ann,

Welcome Home!  I'm so glad you are planning your next visit to Walt Disney World.  Isn't planning your second visit just as much fun as the first?  After my first visit I was surprised at how many attractions and venues that I didn't have time to experience.  This is what makes planning your second visit so much fun!  You will want to visit some of your favorite attractions and dining locations, but you also probably have a list of other experiences that you want to accomplish as well.

Extra Magic Hours are a special benefit for Guests of Disney Resort hotels.  If you are not staying at a participating hotel then you will not be able to participate in Extra Magic Hours.  For evening Extra Magic Hours, the theme park will close to day Guests and Disney Resort Guests will need to show their Resort ID or scan their Magic Band in order to gain access to attractions. If you are not staying at a Disney Resort hotel, or Extra Magic Hours participating hotel (as described in the above link), you will unfortunately not be able to participate in the Extra Magic Hours.

Thank you for submitting your question to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Please come back and visit us often as you plan your upcoming MAGICAL Disney vacation.  We love to help answer your Disney vacation planning questions!

    Blessings,
